Rules Governing Platform Use

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77n7 website located at 77n7.io, including all subpages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications or services operated under the 77n7 brand.
• "77n7" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the 77n7 platform and all entities acting on its behalf in connection with the services described herein.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform or who accesses any part of the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the Platform, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 77n7 account wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds awarded by 77n7 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, card game, crash game, and sports wagering products made available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 77n7 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment details prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

77n7 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Players. All changes become effective upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English text shall be the authoritative version.

3 Eligibility & Registration

The following eligibility conditions must be met before any person may register an Account or use the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77n7 does not permit access to its Services by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 77n7 or any of its associated game providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently suspended from the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — including the use of different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including real money deposits pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and a phone number reachable in Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms. 77n7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration detail at any time.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. 77n7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your Account, including family members or friends.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 77n7 Account and change it immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• You must notify 77n7 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 77n7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account for additional security.

77n7 may, at its sole discretion, temporarily lock an Account if unusual activity is detected — including logins from unrecognised devices, multiple failed login attempts, or flagged transaction patterns. In such cases, the Account holder will be contacted via their registered email address to complete an identity verification step before access is restored.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 77n7 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Players must use one of the approved local payment methods to fund their Account or receive withdrawals.

Approved payment methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank Bangladesh, and Sonali Bank. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the Platform's deposit page.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2–5 minutes of confirmed payment via bKash or Nagad.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes for verified Accounts following approval. Unverified Accounts may experience delays pending KYC completion.
• 77n7 reserves the right to impose a maximum daily withdrawal limit. Current limits are published on the Platform's withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 77n7 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

77n7 does not charge Players transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own service charges, which are outside 77n7's control. Players should consult their payment provider's fee schedule for details.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

77n7 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions.

• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance, which is separate from your Real Money Balance.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in its individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering within this window will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and certain games may be entirely excluded. Contribution rates are published on the Platform's Promotions page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method.
• 77n7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating bonus claims across related accounts — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 77n7 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 77n7:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• 77n7 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event outcome has been determined, or any bet placed on clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, 77n7's records shall be considered the definitive record. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live event results as reported by official sources.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing each bet.
• 77n7 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, accumulator, or game session. Maximum payout limits are published on the Platform.
• In the case of live casino games, the rules of the game as administered by the live dealer and the game provider's platform shall be authoritative. 77n7 is not responsible for technical disruptions caused by the third-party game provider's systems.
• Cricket betting markets are offered on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, and other competitions. Market availability, pre-match and in-play bet acceptance windows, and settlement timescales are subject to each event's specific rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77n7 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in the Platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in card games or live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point in your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform's backend systems, databases, or administrative functions without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of or as an agent for any third party, or accepting funds from third parties for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77n7 Platform — including but not limited to the 77n7 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game assets provided under licence, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77n7 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 77n7.

Game titles, logos, and associated intellectual property displayed on the Platform belong to their respective providers — including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — and are used under licence. No rights in such third-party intellectual property are transferred to you by these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77n7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform's betting and gaming services.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside 77n7's reasonable control.
• Loss of data, Account information, or transaction history due to technical failures beyond 77n7's control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking partners).
• Any inaccuracies in live odds, sports data feeds, or game statistics provided by third-party data suppliers.

77n7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 77n7 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

77n7 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and through your use of the Platform — including name, contact details, payment information, device identifiers, and betting history — is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve Platform services. 77n7 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

77n7 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only, and gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. The Platform will display a reminder and offer a session break at the configured time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion is permanent and irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during gaming sessions remind Players of their session duration and net win/loss position to encourage informed decision-making.

13 Termination

77n7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or if 77n7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination of an Account by 77n7 for breach of these Terms, all Bonus Balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Balances may be returned after satisfactory completion of any outstanding fraud or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) investigation, at 77n7's sole discretion.

Players may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after identity verification, provided no pending disputes or investigations are outstanding.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the 77n7 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which 77n7 operates.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 77n7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on that subject matter.
